Dear All,

I cannot update my Trend Micro Office Scan anymore everytime I right click
on the icon to launch the update I've got an error message saying that
"Cannot continue. Office ScanNT service listener is not running". This
happenned in my opinion after installing Threatfire on my machine. Please
help!

I would suggest contacting the manufacturer of said product(s) and/or using
their support forums as opoosed to a Windows XP support group dealing with
Windows XP specific issues. ;-)

Thanks for your precious help ;-) I just wanted to know if it's registry
related issue or if it has to do something with a windows functionality. Now
I switch to Trend Micro support for a resolution,

Hi Hamdi,
Try to enable the service in the services control panel and then Reboot and
see if that will help?
