Hi

Just new to this. I want to edit the titles in movie maker as instead of
just a coloured background I want a picture with the text moving over it. Is
this possible

Hi

During creating Titles choose: Make title or credits > Add title *ON* the
selected clip ...

This will place the title on the Title Overlay track (to see this change to
the Timeline view: Ctrl-T). Any clip overlapping the title in the Video
track will be shown as the background.
