Title - screen position

I have seen all of the choices for the title overlays, and typewriter looks
the closest, but I was wondering if there was a way to position the text
closer to the top?

We are creating a sign language testing video. We will have the signer sign
and the word would appear above their head. Then the test taker has to use
the sign in a sentence. But I don't currently see any way to position the
text exactly where I want it. Are there any other Title animations to
download? Or, is there a different way to add text other than using Title
animations?

Thanks!
Tom

Hi Tom

There are no controls for top and bottom placement of a given title style in
Movie Maker. I do have a slightly cheesy workaround for you though.

I tried using Basic Style and typed in my title, followed by the return key
6 or 7 times and then typed a period. This pushed the title up to the top.
If you don't mind the dot at the bottom of the frame, this may work for you.

Thanks for the question/suggestion.

Thanks, that seems to work ok, and I will probably have a white background,
and if I align the text left, the white period won't even show.

I tried to get sneaky and do an ALT-255 which is the key for a space, but
MM2 was too smart for me!
