Title Overlay Problems

Hi'a

I have done a few slide shows using MM2 with no problems....until now!...lol. I have put a 'Title Overlay' on the first picture of my slideshow. The time that it plays for is too short, so, like in all other instances, I went to drag it to make it play for longer. However, I can't get it to display the red drag handles. I click on it, I move the cursor over it, I say bad words to it, I do everything barre cook it pancakes but it wont budge! I think it is not displaying the red arrows because it is too small and the cursor is unable to recognise it as it moves over the title. Please help.....Thanks..

Regards, Mike

Hi,

Just wondering, did you magnify the timeline view as much
as possible before trying to lengthen the title overlay
duration? In the timeline view, you can press the "+"
magnifying symbol to magnify the timeline view. This
makes it much easier to grab the title overlay and change
the duration. Hope this is helpful.

Hi'a

Sorry, thought I'd lay another question on you guys since you're so in the know ;o). Has MM2 got a limit on a slide show size that it is able to export out? I did a really big show, probably in excess of 100 photo's, and it wouldn't save it as .avi. It saved about half of them, and that was about it. I don't have this problem if I break the shows up. Any comments on this

Thanks.... :o

Hello there,

It seems that mm2 has a limit of around 100 stills. Its unclear exactly why
but it rather looks like mm uses up all of your systems resources when you
exceed that number. Other programs I know about only use the images that
are about to be processed making the demand on resources very low.

The work around is to make a number of smaller movies (preferably in DV-AVI
format) re-import them and stitch them together,
