Title & Navigation buttons are blobs

I build the window in FrontPage. I can preview in
FrontPage and everything looks okay. However, when I
display the page in internet explorer the title and
navigation buttons underneath the title (which are set to
the parent level) do not display the text. You just see a
big colored square. I've tried different themes and it
still happens

Ok, you need to upgrade the driver, then remove and re-apply the theme.
