Title, Movie clip and Text

I would like to create a ppt where one half of the screen is playing a video
and the other has text. I have produced static text with video in the past
but what I would like now to do is have a video playing one side and then
have lots of pages of text and pictures on the other side. Is this possible?

Yes I am having great problems. Like I said I can do it with one page of
text but every time I try and add another text or picture page the video
stops. If you could let me know how to overcome this I would be grateful.

In the videos animation properties you will need to check "Continue slide
show" to allow the animated text to run. Then create your various text in
text boxes and have them "appear" one at a time. Should do the trick.
