title attributea are not displayed

I have a page that has some acronym elements with title
attributes on them. In ie 6.0.2600 the title's were
properly displayed in tooltip like boxes. After
installing SP2, these no longer appear. Is this a bug?
And if so is there a workaround?

Don't think so. It should be a basic part of the browser. Plus it
works fine on my other XP machines.

Can you cite a public link to demonstrate what you mean
or to see if anyone else has a problem with it?
