How do you manage cables in your PC? I have so many cables in my PC that
there's virtually no room for air to move.

Zip ties and duct tape. The zip ties bundle the cables together into
manageable bunches, and looped (sticky side out) duct tape secures the
excess cable to the case frame to keep it out of the way. It's also
easy enough to disassemble if I need access to those cables.

Admittedly, not the most elegant looking of solutions.

Another option that's a bit more long term would be to secure the
cable bundles to the case frame using zip ties rather than duct tape.
It makes the cables harder to gain access to, but it can handle more
weight, and you don't have to worry about the glue drying out. The
big downside is finding readily available looping points in the case
frame that won't interfere with mounting of the case doors or other
stuff. Drilling new holes isn't always the best of options.

I use tie wraps for the power cables, and neatly fold
the flat data cables. I've also used round data cables,
and they are fine when you can get them. That is a trip
to the Game store for me .. or a long wait for an internet
order. Also, I like the smaller cases like the Antec SLK
1650B, so I can use the short cables. The Antec box
kind of over does it on cables , so I stuff the extras above
the DVDRW which I mount in the bottom 5 1/4 slot.
In my home game box, I used all round data cables
.... even for the floppy. That gave me plenty of air space
for cooling. Also, I bought a large fan-cooler for the cpu,
and that fan blows sideways to cool the ram and drives
as well as the cpu. Idle temp of cpu is 33 C. And, idle
temp of nVidia 7900 is 34 C. With the cables dressed
back like I have them, the box is easy to keep clean,
and easy to work on.

I removed the floppy eliminating 1 cable.
Add rounded cables.

:-) Good advice Red.

They make little stick on plastic squares with molded guides for tie
wraps so you can fasten them to any surface available.

Radio Shack should have bags of them next to the tie wraps.

I always need one or two in a new machine.
