BCM v2.00.4013.00 seems to be working well, but for some reason the list of
contacts in the account, and the list of items in an opportunity is really
really small. Some of my accounts might have 20-30 contacts, but I can only
see maybe one or two at a time. For long names there's a horizontal scroll
bar that wipes out virtually everything, only leaving half a line of text.
I've taken a screenshot and put it here:

Does anybody know how I can enlarge that list area to a more realistic 5
lines or so?
