The worlds tiniest robot has been created by scientists in Dartmouth Univerity (New Hampshire) in America. It is shorter in length than a full stop, more narrow than a human hair and moves at around 200 micrometres per second. It can be controlled much like a remote controlled car, and works due to the grid of electrodes over which it moves. It can be used for pushing grains of dust, and even other robots.
