===============================
You can change the duration one at a time.
If you place your pointer on the edge of an
image on the timeline you will see a double
red arrow. If you left click/drag the double red
arrow you can change the duration...you will
see a tooltip that shows the change.

I have a related question to pictures.

I made a movie with still pictures, a soundtrack and captions that appear on
the pictures. It is about a the JDRF Diabetes Walk for a Cure for my
daughter. My daughter has two diabetic friends that we want to use my layout
with the same captions but put in their pictures to make it their video.

Is there a easy way I can replace one picture with another, and not affect
the timing of the picture. Every time I try I end up having to add the new
picture, then delete the old picture, and then fix the timing of the picture.

I want a Find/Replace option like there is in Excel. Is there an easy way to
switch pictures.

name the source file something like JDRFPicture.jpg

between renderings simply replace the source file with the new picture and
the movie project will use it....
