TimeZone change on Terminal Server

We have a user on the East Coast, we are on the West
Coast and so are all of our servers. When our EC user
logs onto Terminal Server, she changes her Calendar
timezone settings to be east coast time. This some how
is changing the server timezone to reflect that change.
Is there a way for our EC user to show EC time in Outlook
but not affect the entire server and the rest of our WC
users when they log in?

Thanks,
Tracy

Upgrading to 2003 is not an option right now, is there no
other way to fix it in 2000?

Is there something one has to do in 2003 to activate this? I was just
purusing for this topic in the newsgroup as I have a 2003 TSE in the Central
Time zone and my client PCs and setting are in the Pacific Time zone but
neither their clock nor Outlook adjusts for their zone.

Yes, this feature is disabled by default. You can set it with the
"Allow Time Zone Redirection" Group Policy setting. This policy is
located in Windows Components/Terminal Services.
