Is it possible to include the time with your appointment? I mean, for
example if I book an appointment, I will see the time blocked off, but is it
possible to have the time shown there as well (Lunch with Jana vs.
12:00-1:00pm Lunch with Jana)?

Where, which view? Times are shown in some views.

In the 5 day week view. In the month view I believe it is shown. However in
the Outlook 2003 book (p.510) the times are shown in some screen shots and
others they are not. I was just wondering if this was an option.
