My boss uses Outlook 2000; I just got a new computer with
Outlook 2003. His calendar view on my computer is one
hour off from the calendar on his computer (they were fine
with the old computer). An appointment entered on the
boss's calendar on my computer at 9:00 shows up at 10:00
on his computer's calendar. I've tried deleting myself as
a delegate on his computer and then adding myself again,
but it didn't help. I've also noticed that in the morning
when I come to work, the time on my computer is one hour
behind. I can reset it, and it changes back to the
incorrect time after shutting down and rebooting. Both
computers are set for central time.

Any ideas?

I found a temporary fix--I changed my computer clock to
the Eastern time zone (I'm in central time zone), and it
corrected the computer clock, plus the calendar times
match. In other words, I've treated the symptom, but
haven't found the cure...

We are having the same problem here, except we are all
using Outlook 2003 with SBS 2003. One person's calendar
is always one hour off. This morning, I discovered that
his Outlook option to automatically update for daylight
savings time was not checked. It did not change the
appointments that were already there, but the new ones
are appearing correctly. I think Microsoft needs to come
up with some type of fix.

Our office is experiencing the same problem. We don't use
exchange, and we're pretty much all using Office 2000 on
XP Pro. I have two separate users who are sending emails
to the office and in all situations the meeting invites
are 1 hour late -- they show up correctly on the sender's
end but incorrectly on the receiver's end. I've checked
all desktop clocks: all are correct, all are in the
correct time zone and all have daylight savings time
engaged. What is going on -- please help soon!

We are experiencing the same issue. We upgraded everyone
to Outlook 2003 and our exchange server from 5.5 to 2003
and we still see the same problem. It's pretty random and
only a select few people are having issues.

I have yet to find a solution.

Hi,
Did you ever resolve this issue? We are suffering from
the same problem and as yet, after applying the latest
service packs, the problem remains unresolved. What I can
say is that this is only happening with users running
Windows XP Pro.

I'm having the same problem with pc's in our office.
Seems to be happening on Office 2000/Office XP and we're
using Exchange 2000. All pc clocks, server clocks,
timezones and daylight savings time are correct. Please
help us !!!!!!!
