Timer and PowerDown

Hi

does Timers run when a device is powered down / idle?

When I turn the device back on again does then all timer fire at same
time (because the should have fired some time before ?)

Did not use timer in Pocket PC coding myself, but it should NOT run
when the device sleeps. Easy to test using a simple program. Anyway,

In my tests they don'T worked, but I wasn't sure if this is a bug,
because I got some timer related problems.
