Timelsips V 9.1 won't install

When I go to press the install button nothing happens, the installation just
"stops responding." I suspect some other program is running in the
background. How can I shut down all the other programs that are running at
boot-up? Is is OK to try to install the software from safe mode?

What did TimeSlips v9.1's technical support tell you?

Contact Timesllps tech support for help with their product. You can do a
clean-boot of Windows, but it would be more sensible to first contact
Timeslips since they will know all the quirks, workarounds, etc. about
their program.

Your computer is screwed-up, TS installs fine on clean computers, I use
it myself.

In most cases it's either malware or that you've installed some security
program that doesn't like TS.

You also need to me a local administrator to install software.

All new updates and versions come with 30 days support - call them.
