This seems to be a problem others are having but I have yet to see an answer
that solves my problem. I made my first movie and was able to play back to
timeline numerous times last night. I went back to it tonight and the
timeline will not play anymore. The file type is .MSWMM and I am working on
Vista. If I start to create a new movie, the preview function will work and
play the timeline of that back fine. Can someone please help.

I am having the exact same problem - with no red x's either. Is
there any solution?

Exact same?

Does this mean you are running Vista?

Vista Newsgroup wasn't much help. It seems everyone is having this problem-
and there is no solution for the time being. I guess we all have to wait for
Microsoft to fix the problem and right now they seem to be ignoring it. I
should not have "upgraded."

Sorry you did not find help.

There's a slight chance that you have
an issue with incompatible source files.
