Timed out error message

Hi there

I get the following error message everytime I try to view the webpage.

The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be
displayed.
Please try the following:
Click the refresh button, or try again later.
Open the www.citb.org.uk home page, and then look for links to teh
information you want.
If you believe you should be able to view this directory or page, please
contact the Website administrator by using the e-mail address or phone number
listed on the www.citb.org.uk home page.

Make sure your firewall is not blocking port 443.
Go to Start | Run and enter these commans (press <Enter after each one).
