We're having the same problem over here too.
Installed the XP SP3 and that does not resolve
the issue. I'm still searching for an answer.
Please post if anyone has found a better solution
than manually change those that did not convert
over correctly.

And we're having the same issue as well. Manually
checking every appointment is time consuming and
expensive. Very frustrating that this is obviously a
problem and yet there seems to be no solution offered by
MS.
