Time Zone

Is there a way to get the time zone setting from a PC ?
I imagine it is stored as a variance to GMT (i.e PST is -
8, EST is -5, etc...). I don't see a way to get this
using any of the date/time functions in Access. Thanks!

The only way I'm aware of is through API calls.
