Please some one help me. I am from Puerto Rico (Time Zone -4 Caracas, La
Paz)
BUT.... i programed my computer with (GMT -5 Eastern Time (US & Canada)
Without checking the Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes.
As we know, Outlook (2003) also program its time with the same Time Zone.

Now this is the problem, i just bought a new SmartPhone that automatically
updates the hour of the network. And it is -4 Caracas, La Paz. And when it
syncronizes puts the appointments one hour later (ex. what i have on my
outlook at 7am now is on my PocketPC at 8am)

i tried to change the time zone on my outlook options, and now ALL my
appointments are one hour later.. and the 24hours one (like bdays, and
hollydays) are taking two days.

how can i change this ? How can i change the Time Zone without afecting my
calendar, or how i can do it so Microsoft/outlook/ auto arrange the new
settings?

i will appreciate any help (ive try'd it all)

The only good way is by exporting your calendar, removing the entries,
adjusting the time zone, then importing the data again.

Naturally, you cannot, since the calendar depends upon the time zone to be
accurate.
