Time Zone Settings in Discussion forms

On my message board that I created with FP, the message times are -7,
my time zone is -5...I looked at the time formatting under the specific
input forms, but there is no way to change from the -7 time zone....was
there something I didn't set up when I loaded FP? Thanks for any
input....Ken
 
It is based on the time zone setting on the web host's servers

The messages get their post time from the server - either the server has
the incorrect time or it is not in the same time zone as you.
 
Ah yes!!!.....that makes sense, my server is in Colorado!....Thanks

The time zone is based on where the *server* is. So your host could be in
the GMT -7 zone even though you're in GMT -5.
