As a mobile, cross country user, I often get totally confused while setting
up appointments in remote locations at their local times. I understand that
when I set up an appointment with someone at a different location, he will
see it at his local time. However, I wish to set the appointment at his local
time rather than my own.
One solution could be to include the time zone in the appointment dialog
box. When I set the time, I can specify whether the appointment is in my time
or remote time, and see the appropriate adjustments in my calendar.
As I travel across time zones quite often, I do change my laptop's time zone
to reflect the change.
