Funnily enough I heard the story on Radio 2 at 4pm and thought of a number of PCR members!!!

I have to say my heart goes out to anyone who has parted with money and has no goods.

I agree, I don't like to see innocent people loose their money - but it has to be said they were an awful company and frankly I'm not sad to see them go......
 
Their site is still open for business too! I wonder if orders are still processed?

respect of outstanding orders. Customers will have an unsecured claim and

Warranty queries (Non GE Consumer Finance and non direct debit
customers)
Both basic 12 month and extended warranty contract customers need to contact
the technical support number contained within their warranty documentation.
If you are unable to obtain your technical support number, please contact the
customer services support line on 0870 830 3288 for further assistance.
Refunds
Customers who had agreed refunds before the administration or who have had
refund cheques returned unpaid will have an unsecured claim in the
administration. As advised to customers above, you may write to the above
address with details of your claim but there is no prospect of a dividend to
unsecured creditors.
Goods returned for repair
Machines that were returned for repair will have a returns number (RMA) relating
to the work due to be carried out. You should make contact with the customer
service centre by telephone (0870 830 3288) or email
([email protected]) providing your RMA number so that
enquiries can be made into the whereabouts of your goods.
