The time stamp is wrong on email being received. The
time is correct on the Exchange Server, the email sender,
and the email receiver.

When you say time is correct on the exchange server, you mean you have
checked both ends?? ie your exchange server and the exchange server the
user is on?

The user who is sending the messages have they checked with their IT that
the messages are being sent immediately and are not set to deliver say every
hour, thus delaying messages from being sent. Ie. Allowing messages to
queue before sending make sure this is not happening. Also check the
exchange queues as well. Check your clock as well and check you have the
right time settings eg. in the uk my clock is setup to use gmt under
settings. Otherwise my clock is incorrect as well.

Is this email received internally or externally as well? What is the
version of outlook and exchange as well.

Regards
Karen

.
We just tested an internal email. I am using Outlook
2000 on XP desktop. The exchange server is 2000. The
other person is using Outlook 2002. We are all under the
same W2K domain. I sent a test email and replied to an
email she send. Both items she received were stamped 1
hour earlier. We are all syncing with the W2K server.
