Time stamp is 1 hour behind

Anybody know the correction to this:

When I send an email, it time stamps it exactly 1 hour
behind actual. When I receive a meeting request via an
email and accept, it posts to my calendar 1 hour
behind. ??? - Before anyone asks the obvious - Yes, my
computer time is set correctly.

Check that your time zone is set properly, its' often
overlooked in troubleshooting time stamps.

check your time zone as well - if you are on the correct time zone and
daylight time setting, check the sender's settings.

Your date/time properties-time zone may be set properly
but there is actually an option in outlook in tools-
options-preferences-calendar options-advanced options-time
zone. Even if your time zone is correct in there, make
sure you check automatically adjust for daylight savings
time. I had the same problem and it worked for me.
