Time Showing During all day event

I have an all day event planned and it's showing with a beginning time of
12:00am. I have other all day events planned with no time showing.
Obviously it shouldn't show a time. Thanks for any help.
 
Did you ever change time zones on the computer? If you remove & recreate the
appointment does it work?
