my time setting keeps resetting itself one hour later
than the actual time.

I corrrect it but it resets again within a few hours.

How can this be fixed?

Check the bios battery? Is your clock set to the correct timezone? Try a
3rd party app like atomictime to set it to an atomic clock server?
