Time Setting

I am costantly going in and changing the time on my computer. It doesn't want to keep the correct time. Is there something I should do that will keep it from losing the correct time. It is now 6:05 and my terminal says it is 5:40.
 
Try booting into the BIOS,chk and see if that is off as the
system clock is,if so adjust,then exit page,select,save changes and
exit BIOS
