I'm running Outlook 2003 SP2 under Win XP Pro (fully updated, malware
protected and screened).

Got a new problem that started recently (no hardware or software changes)
When I create a new appointment, if I hit the drop down arrow for start time
or end time, the time list appears. But when I move the pointer into the
list, it disappears so I can't set the time.

How fix?

Just updated Office to SP3-- no change. Also, this is a stand alone
computer.

Unchecking "Activation Follows Mouse" in TWEAK-UI resolved this.
