There is no need to sync all DCs to a time server. The FSMO role "PDC
emulator" is responsible for synchronizing the entire domain's time. This is
true also for the clients.
Your routers need to route udp 123 for synchronization to occur.
"Windows Time Synchronization Service uses a hierarchical relationship that
focuses on the PDC Emulator at the root of the Active Directory (AD) forest.
By default, the first domain controller in a forest acts as the PDC Emulator
for the root domain and becomes authoritative for the entire enterprise-an
event that the Event Viewer logs in the system log as Event ID 62."

I can sync my two DC's yo an external time source, and this works fine,
but i cant sync any of the clients on LAN to the DC's. All clients are win2k
pro. When i do a w32tm -once from a client, it failes when trying to recieve
the 48 bytes of data.
