I am using a wireless USB adapter. After having had
contact with the internet for 1,5 hr, I get a time out.
All powersafe modes are off. In the event log, I get the
message: " Your computer was not able to renew its address
from the network (from the DHCP server) for the network
card with network address 000222D65FD09. The following
error occured: The semaphore tiemout has expired. Your
computer will continue to try and obtain an address on its
own from the network address (DHCP) server." After 10 of
these events, the following error occurs:

Your computer has lost the lease to iuts IP address
10.0.0150 (which is the address of the modem) on the
network card with address 000222D65FD09.
I then have to fully restart my computer to get connection
again.

Can anyone help?

Have you tried updating the drivers for the USB Adapter? I would think this
would be a problem in the usb device. Do you have a wired nic you can test
with?
