Is it possible to set the time out timing ? That is, duration after which the computer reverts to the screen saver. When you want to use the computer again is has to load all the personal settings again ( and take ages ) . Currently is times out after about 5minutes. I want to set it to 5 hours.

You can set the time the screensaver takes (idle time before it starts) in
the screensaver settings area.
You can get TweakUI from Microsoft and change the Logon -> Screensaver ->
Grace Period to a larger value as well.

Open Control Panel/Display/Screen Saver tab. You will see the adjustment
options there.
