Time on a form

I have a form and I would like to put a timer on it. I want to be able to
click a button and the timer will start, then click the same button and the
timer will stop. The time will show up in two other fields. One field will
have hours and the other field will have minutes. Can this be done?

Something like that, but I am looking for text boxes and a button on the
form. I do not want a pop-up for the time. The time is going to be used to
track the amount of time it takes to do a spicific task. So on each record I
want the amount of time it took to be saved on that record. Example: If
something took 1 hour and 25 minutes, I want 1 text box to say 1 hour and the
other box 25 minutes.
