Time Laps Between Photos

I want to create a cartoon with Windows Movie Maker 2, but I need to shorten the time laps between each frame. But I can't, it's always 5 seconds between each picture. Does anyone know how to shorten this? If you know how, send a reply to

Use Plus! DME. It can do it.
