time for a new hard drive???

my pc shed earlier in the middle of a game, and everytime i now try to boot up the pc, my hard drive isnt detected by my pc, not even in the bios, and it makes this really wierd noise that sounds kinda like a printer when printing, and a kinda beeping sound.
 
yeah it is, n thats all i need aswell, my pc is in need of upgrades(processor, memory and video) and now this, :(
 
unlucky there me old son...Oh well at least you'll start off with a new HD as well, you'll have virtually a new pc by the end of it...
