Time difference when sharing calendar

When the delegations are set to share a calendar, the appointment times are
always off by one hour. I have checked the date, times, and time-zone
settings on all the machines. Is there a setting or update that I am not
aware of to correct this issue? Thank you.

Have you checked the daylight savings time settings as well and made sure
that the Windows settings agree with the Outlook Calendar settings on all
machines?
