I cannot log on to the domain because i get the time difference error.

I logged on to the computer NOT domain and went to teh command prompt to type:

net time /domain:"domain name" / set

but i got a system error 5 access denied. Please help.

Just set the clock manually the first time. Once it is correct it will stay
in sync with the DC all by itself.

I did set it manually, and i still get the error

Make sure that you are logged on as Administrator(local) and also ensure
that windows time service is running in Control Panel->Administrative tools
