Time Difference Between Client and server

I can not logon on to the nework. i get the following message:

The system connot log you on due to the following errror. There is a time
difference between client and server.

I logged into the computer not domain and went to the command prompt and
typed:

net time /domain:domainname /set

and it gave me System error 5. access denied.

i need help!

log on as local administrator.
Change the time to within 5 mins of the DC.
Log off.
Kerberos should now happily issue you with a domain access token
