Time delay for having to input your password

Does anyone know how to adjust the delay for inputing your
password on the start up screen?

Type slower ;-)

The only delay, to my knowledge, is how long it takes to input your password
and hit the "enter" key. So, are you saying that there is some timeout
factor on your system where the screen disappears before you can enter the
password?

If this is occurring at the boot up prior to Windows loading, check the BIOS
for a setting that times out...or remove the password restriction in the
BIOS.
