I am having trouble updating XP from the Microsoft Update page. Whenever I
scan for updates, I receive a message that my time and date are too far off
to allow an update.
I have checked & rechecked the time and date and made sure that they are
correct and updated.
My firewall has been disables and anti-virus disabled, but no good results.
I have scanned for virus with Norton Anti Virus which is current in the
virus definitions. I have scanned for spyware with PestPatrol and do not
have any spyware on my system.
My internet settings are "default".
Does anyone know what I must do to correct this problem?
Regards,
itsme

Thanks for your note. I have been able to determine that my problem is a
problem involving my inability to access SSL or secure pages with my
browser.
Yours may be the same problem.
