Time Count Down

I would like to create a function which counts down from 60 secs t
zero. The function should just display a screen which counts down
60,59,58,57 etc to zero and then rests back 60 and repeats again an
agin. Time should follow the system clock.

Can anyone tell me if this is possble using excel and if so how the
would approach dealing with the problem.
