time & billing database time card name error

When I bring up the Time Card Form, the time card name in bold at the top
does not change to reflect the employee chosen. Does anyone know how to
correct this?
 
I just installed it and went to the enter/view time card and everything
seems to work fine.
I guess I need something a little more specific to understand what you
mean.

I realized that I needed to create an new time card for each person and/or
date. I now understand how it works. Thanks for the help.
