Time and Chaos

I have recently started a new job. My predecessor used
Time and Chaos instead of Outlook. I have searched the
Web and found programs that allow you to move Outlook
contacts, calendar, etc into T&C but I can't find one the
will move her contacts in Time and Chaos into Outlook.
OUCH!! Any suggestions?

Does Time and Chaos have any export functions for contacts and, if so, what
formats does it offer?
