time and billing template

I have downloaded the time and billing template and when I click on the
payment nutton I get an error of "you cancelled the previous action" I have
not modified the DB from it's original structure.

Brendan Reynolds stated that this template is "busted" and posted a link
to a fixed version.

I downloaded the "fixed" DB from the site and it corrected the problem
