tidying up start menu

Hello,

I'm tidying up my start menu 'all programs' list.

I find that some of the programs & folders are in .......All Users\Start
Menu\Programs and some are in ...... Owner\Start Menu\Programs.

I am the only user of my pc. Can I safely move files/folders between the
two locations, and if so, which should I choose ?

The All Users area is for shortcuts that should appear in all users'
Start Menus. Unless the shortcut is unwanted, just leave it alone. If
the shortcut is to a program you don't want on anybody's Start Menu,
just delete it.

Be careful with your "tidying up". XP is a multi-user operating system
even if you are the only user.
