Hi Thurmond,
You've gotten the right answer from David.
Read this also:
The default ThumbnailSize is 60 (hexadecimal value). You can reset it via
registry:
[Start] [Run] [Regedit]
Goto [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer]
Modify the following entry:
ThumbnailSize - DWord, decimal value between 32 and 256 (60 being default)*
ThumbnailQuality - Double Word, decimal value between 50 and 100
NOTE:
To apply the change to all users, use this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer
It is recommended to take a backup of the registry before modifying.
Another option is to download TweakUI (for Windows XP SP1 only). It allows
you change the thumbnail size settings.
TweakUI v2.10 for Windows XP SP1/XP MCE/2003 [147 KB].

NOTE: The existing thumbnails will retain their own size, they are not
altered
