I have some .jpgs which somewhere along the way have become corrupted. And
it seems - unfortunately that all the backups are also, but windows xp -
windows explorer - thumbnail view of the folder shows a thumbnail of the
corrupt photo.
I have been through much of the .jpg specifications.. and it seems that the
thumbnail IS NOT stored in the .jpg file. Has windows xp previously stored
away the thumbnail somewhere and can I somehow access that thumbnail to help
me to continue writing my program to restore the corrupt .jpg file?
