Thumbnails WRONG

Thumbnails of jpg photos don't reflect the right picture. I can't get them
to 'refresh'. Help! What can one do to make thumbnails resemble the
picture they represent?

Any help will be greatly appreciates.

You might try
Disk Cleanup
and select thumbnails as the files to delete
