When I send a message in Outlook (2000), I would like to see a thumbnail view of the picutre (.JPG) before I attach. Currently, on preview or list is availabe. Is the thumbnail feature available in Outlook 2002 or 2003?

A thumbnail view is available in Windows Explorer in Windows XP
(View|Thumbnails), so, if you drag and drop your pictures, you can see the
thumbnails in Explorer.

Thumbnail view is not available. I have "list" "preview" and "properties". Any other thoughts?

Thanks.
I want to see the thumbnail when I generate a new e-mail message and try to attach a picture. Now with my view as "list" all I get is the file name (.jpg number) and it's a real crap shoot as to what picture i'm attaching.

I have the option in the File Open dialog (to attach a picture)... Running
XP/Professional. As someone else mentioned, it's a function of the
operating system, not Outlook.

I just don't get it. I'm runing XP Home and Outlook 2000. When I try insert a file either by going to Insert/file or File/open the view options are List, Details, PRoperies or Preview - not Thumbnail. Can I do something with the operating systems I have now or do I need to upgrade Outlook 2000? I have Outlook 2002 at the office and the Thumbnail option is available
